Mr. Woo-seokYang is a patent attorney with expertise in patent analysis, acquisition, and monetization.
Prior to joining IP T&A, he served as a managing director in Intellectual Discovery and as a team leader in IP Cube Partners, where he handled patent analysis, acquisition, and monetization. His experience of patent monetization includes patent licensing/litigation, pools and transaction.
He has a broad knowledge of the ICT area, enough to make Claim Charts for such acquisition and monetization including SEP Claim Charts or other infringement Charts.
He started his career as a R&D engineer at ETRI where his research was mainly related to wireless communication, including 3GPP standards and alsoincluded FPGA/ASIC implementations.
He received B.S. in Electronic Engineering from Yonsei University and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from KAIST.
